We can work with your existing teams to enhance output and create capacity, or we can become your standalone remote marketing department. We work very closely with our partner companies and pride ourselves on getting to know your business very well.

Using experienced Marketing Managers, we provide you with a full studio of creative support as well as round the clock project management, so you can focus on growing your business.

Your dedicated Marketing Manager

Even with the best creative team in the world, it would be very hard to implement a marketing strategy without a skilled project manager.

That’s why every company that partners with Karbon is allocated a dedicated Marketing Manager to help you formulate ideas, relay them to the studio and ensure they are completed on time.

Your Marketing Manager will meet with you on a regular basis to update on progress and discuss any new initiatives, as well as creating a detailed monthly report highlighting the key work undertaken.

How we can partner with you


Our optimum way of working – We will work with you to devise a marketing strategy or utilise your current one to create a monthly marketing budget for your business.

You will then be allocated your remote marketing team with the right level of capacity to fulfill the requirements of your business, enabling us to ensure fast turnaround times. You can meet with your team regularly and bring them into internal meetings where required. Custom reports will be created on a monthly basis analysing the work completed and highlighting new initiatives.


We will work with you on a completely flexible model, utilising hours where required and totalled at the end of each month.

This model can still include a budget cap, but allows you to scale up and down capacity in line with your business requirements or seasonal changes.

The downside of reactive support is that we cannot guarantee fast turnaround times as we will not have capacity allocated for your business on a monthly basis.

Both models operate on a monthly rolling contract, with a 3-month initial term for proactive support.

Learning Process

Learning your business and industry is our first key objective and no doubt one of your biggest questions. Here’s a quick overview of how we make it our business to learn your business:

1. We utilise any learning resources you have and get studying

2. We undertake 1-2-1 meetings with your team to learn your products and how the business operates

3. We schedule weekly meetings to update you on progress and share ideas and resources

4. We utilise approval software and processes to ensure you  are happy with projects and posts before they go live
